If you’ve just left the cab, please contact your local office immediately, so we can inform the driver that you have left something in the car. The biggest cause of lost items, is when they are not reported missing straight away, and are picked up by the next passenger.
If you’ve lost an item at some point recently, visit our Lost & Found page to search our recently handed in items. Once you’ve found your item, we will ask for you to prove your ownership of the item. For example, with a mobile phone, we will ask you to unlock the phone.
